Learn about what the World Heritage Project is doing to protect landmarks like the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

The Seven Wonders of the Ancient World are monuments that show the antiquity of ancient society. Many people need to realize that these structures should be maintained for their beauty and their impact on today's society.

The World Heritage Project (WHP) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to preserving many of the world's natural and cultural landscapes and architectures, including the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The WHP aims to raise awareness among the people of the world about the 830 UNESCO World Heritage sites in 130 countries by documenting the sites through different mediums with the help of world-renowned photographers and other artistic creators.

In preserving sites like the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the goals of the WHP are:

  • To protect them from annihilation
  • To support the communities surrounding each site through commercial products
  • To encourage a sense of understanding
  • To create a record that will last for generations
  • To bring the people of the world together

The WHP offers many products that, with 25% of all proceeds, will be invested in protecting the sites as well as helping the communities that live around them by providing for educational, social and medical facilities. With these products that feature many of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World available to the public, the WHP hopes that it will build a bridge between beauty and need.

To preserve the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the WHP needs the support from people so they don't fade into obscurity. Visit www.worldheritageproject.org to learn more about the WHP and what you can do to save the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
